We offer referral services for Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), Homemakers, Companions and Sitters who seek opportunities to provide skilled nursing and personal care for clients in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities and in a Client's home.

BEHAVIORAL CARE SERVICES
IMPROVING MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL BEHAVIOR FOR YOUR CHILD
For parents, raising a child with emotional, behavioral, learning, or developmental issues can sometimes require extra support and guidance. Our goal is to meet the unique needs of individuals, ages 3-21, facing mental health and developmental challenges and to provide families with the resources to create the foundations for future success.
Once children make advancements with their treatment centers, schools, or outpatient facilities, they often face the problem of losing progress due to inefficiencies in their new environment. Our behavioral health program is designed to alleviate these inconsistencies and maintain the long-term objectives of your child's behavioral program. Our goal is to diminish any regression and assist with emphasizing an interdisciplinary approach to treatment.
Behavioral services include:
- Assessment and psychotherapy services (performed by licensed mental health providers)
- Skills building interventions
- Mentoring and Respite Care
- Behavioral assessment and plan by a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Assisting the child to engage in, or remain engaged in, appropriate behaviors
- Minimizing the child’s challenging behavior
- Utilizing principles of reinforcement to achieve goals
- Providing time structured activities
- Collaboration with, and support for the parent, guardian, and/or individual who customarily provides care, in an effort to provide ongoing behavioral support
Behavioral staffing and recruiting
For employers, finding the right behavioral care employee can be a challenge. We are an experienced provider of behavioral health staffing services that specializes in placing personnel on contract, temp-to-perm and direct hire assignments. We seek to execute a consistent, compliant and continuous fill-rate for diverse staffing needs including, but not limited to, social workers, substance abuse counselors, behavioral therapists, board certified behavior analysts, direct support professionals and psychiatric nurses.

Caregivers
We are committed to referring to clients the most qualified, dedicated and compassionate caregivers within the industry. These caregivers can restore their patient's independence, respecting their varying backgrounds, while affording them in the preservation of life. All referred caregivers are thoroughly screened with Police level 2 background checks indicating eligibility. We verify professional licenses and certifications before referring a caregiver. We selectively refer only the area's best caregivers that undergo our screening processes, reference and credential verification's.
